In line with the commitment from Empresas Randon to the ESG agenda, Conexo launched its own inclusion policy to encourage access by different audiences to innovation environments and initiatives.
This is an affirmative action that seeks to alleviate social inequalities, in support of inclusion and diversity, which amplify organizational results and innovation. Conexo now offers a 50% discount on several services for people who self-declare as black, disabled, LGBTQIA+ or refugees.
The benefit is valid for coworking and skills development spaces. Participation in several workshops, such as Kanban, Design Thinking and Agile Methods, is also included. The incentive is also valid for Exo programs, aimed at developing skills and competences in technology and human behavior that already deliver results at the end; Start, with intrapreneurship actions focused on validating solutions to real problems; and Challenge, which connects companies with startups, entrepreneurs and educational institutions that have solutions for business challenges.
The 50% discount is valid for individual contracts and for new services from current strategic partners, and is valid for companies and individuals who want to connect, according to Conexo's availability for each activity. The commitment to this affirmative action is to offer this benefit to the community by 2024.
“The affirmative action is in line with the Conexo’s manifesto for Co-creation, Collaboration and Coexistence, with the purpose of opening space and triggering more and more actions in support of diversity. This is our way of taking a step in that direction, making the commitment and recognizing that we have much more to learn and do”, explains Léo Vitor Redondo, head of Conexo.
