Promote actions in education, culture, social assistance, traffic education and encourage the practice of volunteering. Those are the objectives of Elisabetha Randon Institute, an organization that coordinates all social programs of Randoncorp.
The Florescer program prepares children and adolescents for the exercise of citizenship, for a better quality of life and a promising future
Memorial Randon
Memorial Randon has a team that works to rescue, preserve and disseminate the history of Randon Companies and cargo transportation to the entire community.
Vida Sempre
The Vida Sempre Program works to disseminate educational information so that drivers and pedestrians have a healthy, safe and preventive attitude in traffic. This happens through lectures and games, campaigns and courses for truck drivers. The traveling theater show performed by the program has already circulated in the three southern states of the country and is taken to 60,000 spectators a year.

To reinforce our commitment to the best performance in Health, Safety and the Environment, we
have the Uma Atitude Muda Uma Vida (“An Attitude Changes a Life”), initiative, which aims to
engage employees to adopt preventive and safe behaviors, sensitize leaders and train, educate
and guide everyone, in order to promote a culture of prevention and excellence.
We have carried out, through our dedicated Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) area, a work focused on identifying the main areas of risk to Health and Safety and the priority critical points, based on their probability and severity, so as to plan and carry out a solid investment plan in order to reduce and eliminate risks.

Environmental commitment with clear goals
We want to eliminate waste disposal in industrial landfills and the release of effluents by 2025 and reduce the emission of greenhouse gases by 40% by 2030. And Green Route tells how we are going to do that.
Currently, 100% of all effluent from Randon Companies is treated. Green Route wants to reduce the discharge of effluents to zero.
