Master Sistemas Automotivos Ltda., controlled by Empresas Randon, announced on Tuesday (12) the acquisition of Ferrari Indústria Metalúrgica Ltda., from Flores da Cunha, state of Rio Grande do Sul. The business will become official after the agreement for purchase of all shares of the company is executed. Once all conditions precedent are fulfilled, the operation will be completed during the first quarter of 2020.
By incorporating the company, Master will become more competitive in its industry and add die cast aluminum products to its portfolio of products; They will not only be used to supply Master’s own steady demand, but also to support the growth of exports and of the capacity to fulfill the needs of clients from both companies.
“With this acquisition, we are integrating the production chain and supporting Master’s growth strategy. This also allows us to reach the international market”, assesses Sergio Carvalho, COO for the Auto Parts Department of Empresas Randon. The operation is part of a continuous development cycle for Empresas Randon, which growths from solid bases reaching back 70 years of attention to robust and diversified businesses that include committed and serious partnerships.
Ferrari Indústria Metalúrgica - Established on January 19, 1987, in Caxias do Sul, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Ferrari Indústria Metalúrgica started its business as a gravity caster company.
