Randoncorp, a multinational reference in sustainable mobility solutions, announced to the market, in a material fact released this Friday, January 17, the acquisition of the operations of AXN Heavy Duty, headquartered in Louisville (USA), through its subsidiary Randon Auto Parts North America LLC. The transaction involves the purchase of assets from the North American company. The agreement was signed with the presence of executives from both companies.
AXN has been present in the North American market for 16 years and is one of the most traditional players in the sale of axles and suspensions for semitrailers in the United States. The move is part of our business internationalization strategy, expanding our auto parts portfolio and presence in developed economies. “AXN arrives to contribute to one of the company’s focuses in offering increasingly innovative solutions to the market,” comments Randoncorp’s EVP International, Anderson Pontalti.
